VISION
Practical and risk based approaches to protecting worker health
Our vision is to make occupational hygiene a fundamental part of every workplace, ensuring worker health is protected now and into the future.

Certified Occupational Hygienist
Under Queensland regulatory requirements for construction and coal mining, respirable crystalline silica (RCS) and respirable dust monitoring programs must be reviewed and endorsed by a person with recognised competency in occupational hygiene, such as a Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) or equivalent international certification. Engaging a COH ensures that exposure assessments, monitoring strategies, and control measures are technically sound, compliant with legislative expectations, and aligned with current industry standards.
REAL TIME MONITORING
These tools are an effective way to educate your workforce on the effectiveness of controls and to help identify sources of exposure. We can support you in this area.
However, there are still many limitations associated with the equipment itself, including what can be accurately analysed and how the data can be used. Results cannot be directly compared to Occupational Exposure Limits (OELs).
While these technologies may represent the future, it’s important not to lose sight of the most critical factor—implementing effective controls to reduce worker exposure.
